Knee Joint Degeneration

The patient - 73 y.o. female - had a long history of arthritis to both knees (gonartrosis bilateralis). Before commencing coMra treatments she had undergone many treatments that are usually applied in such cases like e.g. physiotherapy or knee injections. All those had little effect and during the period under consideration she was doing no treatments but coMra.

At the starting examination (November 28, 2011) her both knees were painful and stiff. She was using two canes for walking.

Dr Zlatev recorded that her knee joints were painful and inflamed. Palpation caused pain and crunching.

A course of 15 (5 weekly over 3 weeks) Traumatology 10 treatments was done. coMra Pro 980 Medical was used.

Dr Zlatev also recommended the patient she applied Aloe Vera cream to her knees.

The patient reported that the pain disappeared after the fourth treatment.

At check-up (December 16, 2012) Dr Zlatev recorded that the oedema of the soft tissues around the knees has disappeared. Both knees much normalised.

Second course of 15 (5 weekly over 3 weeks) Traumatology 10 treatments was done this time by coMra Pro 905 Medical.

At its starting date (February 20, 2012) patient reported slight pain. Dr Zlatev found her knees looking normal. He measured their perimeter: 43 cm for the right and 41 cm for the left.

The patient reported that this time with coMra Pro 905 the pain disappeared even faster: after the second treatment.

At the end of the second course (March 9, 2012) Dr Zlatev measured 2 cm decrease of the perimeter of the left knee which was in worse condition. He found the overall healing effect very good.
