Warranty Coverage

Radiant Life Technologies provides a guarantee that our products will be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship at the time of the original purchase by a consumer and for a subsequent period of 18 months. It is important to note that this guarantee does not extend to damages or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the instructions in the product's user guide.

Servicing Your Device

In the unlikely event of device failure or malfunction, we have several service centers across the globe. Depending on your location, the device may need to be sent either locally or internationally for servicing. Please contact us at support@comra-therapy.com for assistance and guidance.

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to properly package and prepare your device for shipment, including the address of the service center. Once your device is at our service center, it will undergo a thorough inspection and will be either fully repaired or replaced, depending on the specific circumstances.

While there is a small service charge for post-warranty servicing, this fee is minimal compared to the cost of the device.
