Registering Your Device
To activate your warranty and enjoy full coverage, we encourage you to register your device within 90 days of purchase. Registration is quick and easy – simply complete the form with your details and the device’s serial number. Whether purchased from our webshop, a retailer, or another outlet, registering ensures seamless support and peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage
We provide an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in design, materials, and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the user guide.
Servicing Your Device
If your device malfunctions within the warranty period, we are here to help. Our global network of service centers ensures that your device can be repaired or replaced as needed. To initiate a service request, contact us at support@comra-therapy.com.
We will provide detailed guidance on packaging your device and shipping it to the appropriate service center. Please note that all shipping costs for warranty servicing are borne by the customer. Once received, your device will undergo a thorough inspection, and depending on the issue, it will either be fully repaired or replaced.
