coMra Wave Cell

coMra Wave technology converts wireless radiation into harmonic wave forms that re-energise your water, your body and your mind. They absorb harmful wireless radiation from nearby digital devices – cell phones, laptops, etc, – thus giving you a level of protection just by having it close by you. Our unique technology then transforms the absorbed radiation into a harmonic wave form “signature” – a signature closest to that of water as intended by nature. The signature is stored in the device until it comes into contact with water. Because of the sensitive nature of water, that signature is then “imprinted” back into your body, into your drinking water or into any water containing structure for increased energy levels and health benefits for you.

Use the self-adhesive backing layer to attach directly to your mobile phone, computer, tablet, bluetooth device or any other digital communications device. It can also be attached to the outer surface of a plastic water container to energise drinking water.

The coMra Wave Cell has no moving parts and does not use a battery. Simply peel away the backing layer to expose the adhesive, and place on your digital device.

Ordering Process

When you complete the ordering process in our online store, you will be presented with various payment options. Full payment is required before we dispatch your device. Please note that we do not offer financing, leasing, renting, or installment options for direct purchases. However, you may find such options available through local distributors of coMra devices in your country, if applicable.

Payment Processing

We primarily use PayPal for payment processing. This service allows a variety of payment methods. Importantly, for credit and debit card transactions, you do not need to have a PayPal account. If prompted about a PayPal account login or creating an account during the process, please note that this is optional and can be bypassed.

Pricing

All our prices are listed in US dollars. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, the amount will automatically be converted from your card's currency to US dollars by your bank. PayPal may offer the option to pay in your local currency at a specified conversion rate. While this might seem convenient, it is entirely optional. Often, paying directly in US dollars can result in a lower final charge on your card in your local currency due to differing conversion rates.

Taxes

The final amounts payable are displayed before you enter your card information. For orders shipped to Europe, VAT is included in every purchase. For other countries where an importation process is involved, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes. Please bear in mind that shipping conditions, like many other aspects, are regulated by our Terms & Conditions. However, there are some practical aspects that you should consider when ordering.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery to most countries takes approximately 7 working days for Express shipping and up to 21 working days for Standard shipping. However, in some regions, such as the US & Europe, Standard delivery is often quicker than this. This means you can, most of the time, opt for Standard delivery instead of Express.

On the other hand, in some countries, due to local regulations, delivery with Express shipping may result in longer waiting times when orders go through local authorities. Therefore, it is recommended to use Standard shipping when ordering to these countries.

We advise against ordering to temporary locations, such as holiday destinations or places where you plan to relocate soon.

Tracking and Signature

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your parcel's journey. However, depending on the destination, tracking information may not be available immediately. We will supply it as soon as we have it. Normally, we require a signature upon receiving the package.

Packaging and Damage

coMra devices are securely packed in their standard packaging and additionally protected with bubble wrap. We send your order with reliable, safe services and rarely receive reports of damage. However, as a precaution, please inspect your device for any damage upon receipt. If you notice any issues, take photos and videos of the potential damage and report it to sales@comra-therapy.com.

Redirecting Packages

Most of the time, you can redirect the package if needed, but this is not something we can do on our end. Once we have dispatched the parcel, it is considered your property. We can assist by providing the contact details of the delivery service provider, so you can request redirection directly with them.

Taxes and Regulatory Documents

Tax and regulatory requirements vary by country. For many locations, delivery comes from international warehouses, so an importation process may be involved. It's best if you are familiar with the process of international orders for your location.

Asking for Support

If you have any doubts, please ask us before placing your order. We have extensive experience and are open to answering your questions. We are willing to support you, but ultimately, you bear responsibility for any local processing and documentation.

Returns for Non-Functional Devices

If your device is found to be non-functional upon receipt, we will promptly replace it with a working unit or provide free servicing, if possible. Please contact us as soon as you notice any issues to initiate the return process.

Unopened Returns

Unopened devices returned due to accidental purchases or similar situations may be accepted under specific circumstances. A restocking fee will apply, based on the device type and shipping location. Please ensure the device is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Refunds are available for orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. This applies to situations such as duplicate orders or errors in quantity. Refund requests should be submitted within 24 hours of order placement, and once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Money-Back Guarantee

We do not offer a money-back guarantee. The nature of coMra therapy’s benefits is cumulative, often requiring time and consistency to achieve the best results. While many users experience noticeable improvements quickly, long-term benefits – especially for chronic conditions – often require systematic use over several months.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing order details, quantities, shipping information, and an order number. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy. If any discrepancies are identified, contact us immediately to avoid delays.

Registering Your Device

To activate your warranty and enjoy full coverage, we encourage you to register your device within 90 days of purchase. Registration is quick and easy simply complete the form with your details and the device’s serial number. Whether purchased from our webshop, a retailer, or another outlet, registering ensures seamless support and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

We provide an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in design, materials, and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the user guide.

Servicing Your Device

If your device malfunctions within the warranty period, we are here to help. Our global network of service centers ensures that your device can be repaired or replaced as needed. To initiate a service request, contact us at support@comra-therapy.com.

We will provide detailed guidance on packaging your device and shipping it to the appropriate service center. Please note that all shipping costs for warranty servicing are borne by the customer. Once received, your device will undergo a thorough inspection, and depending on the issue, it will either be fully repaired or replaced.

Service After Warranty

If your device requires servicing after the warranty period, we continue to offer support at a minimal service charge.
