The Secret Behind coMra Therapy: An Intuitive Understanding of Life

In this webinar, Arzhan Surazakov explores the fundamental principles that define coMra therapy and how they offer a profound shift in our approach to health, healing, and our relationship with the natural world.

The Illusion of Control

Our current civilization is largely built upon an approach of control and manipulation. We view ourselves as separate from the world, with life existing "out there" as a resource to be managed, mined, or dominated to satisfy our immediate desires. In medicine, this manifests as a desire for quick fixes – surgery, transplants, or pharmaceuticals – aimed at suppressing symptoms rather than addressing the root cause.

However, this mechanistic approach has reached its limit. When we attempt to force life into a specific shape, we create ripples of disharmony that require further control, leading to an exhausting and ultimately unsustainable cycle. The emergence of antibiotic resistance and the global disruption caused by the coronavirus are clear indicators that nature eventually escapes our attempts at control. We have treated the natural world – including the viruses, bacteria, and our own biological systems – as an enemy, and we are now witnessing the consequences of that adversarial stance.

A New Approach: Cooperation and Intelligence

Arzhan shares a vivid dream that serves as a metaphor for this necessary shift. In the dream, he leads an armada of machines to conquer a distant planet, only to find the machines rusting and failing under the planet's natural gravity. He eventually realizes that the planet is not a hostile force to be conquered, but an intelligent, playful entity waiting to cooperate. By learning the "language" of the planet – expressed through vibration, color, and movement – he discovers that he can create whatever is needed in harmony with the environment.

This dream highlights the five fundamental principles of life that form the basis of coMra therapy: 1. Life is a regenerative process. 2. Life is one interconnected whole. 3. Life is a gentle and natural process of evolution. 4. Life is self-sufficient and self-sustaining. 5. Intent sustains all of life.

The Role of Coherence in Healing

When we move away from the "Lego-block" view of the body – where parts are treated in isolation – we begin to see the body as an interconnected whole. The true secret of coMra therapy lies not in the power of the device itself, but in its ability to facilitate coherence.

Arzhan explains that disease often manifests when we are "decoherent" internally – when our thoughts, emotions, and physical actions are out of alignment. coMra therapy uses low-level laser, LED colour light, magnetic fields, and ultrasound to provide a gentle impetus to the body’s cells, helping them return to a state of harmonious vibration. By supporting the immune system rather than trying to bypass it with external "super-drugs," we allow the body to do what it has evolved to do for millions of years: heal itself.

Reclaiming Personal Responsibility

A critical aspect of this journey is the move toward self-sufficiency. In our modern world, we are often too quick to surrender our personal power to institutions, expecting experts to "fix" us while we remain passive. Arzhan notes that the most powerful aspect of coMra therapy is that it empowers the individual to take responsibility for their own health.

The goal is not to have a device that acts as a "magic bullet," but to use the technology as a tool to foster a deeper understanding of our own biology. By choosing to cooperate with life rather than control it, we shift our focus from the fear of disease to the cultivation of internal harmony. As we learn to "dance with life," we find that the most effective way to heal is to provide the body with the support it needs to sustain its own natural, regenerative intelligence.

By empowering the cell and the immune system, we enable the body to address pathogens and trauma directly, allowing it to heal itself. This principle applies equally to the individual. When someone begins using a coMra device, they often experience a profound sense of self-sufficiency. As discussed in previous webinars, this empowerment ripples outward – from the individual to the family, and eventually to society and our entire civilization. Building a foundation of self-sufficiency is essential for us to become truly self-sustaining.

At the end of the day, if we acknowledge that the concept of separateness is an illusion, we begin to see that medical technology, healing, and our journey through life are all part of one whole. We must start with our relationships. The five principles of life we have shared are the "rules of the game" that we can all begin to play by from this moment forward.

The Ceiling of Well-being

Following the presentation, the floor was opened for discussion. Addressing the group, the team emphasized a vital perspective: while we know where the "basement" of human experience lies – the dissolution of the physical form – we have no idea if there is even a ceiling to well-being.

When life is flowing, and our thoughts, emotions, and relationships are aligned, we experience a state of deep coherence. While we may drift into incoherence as part of the learning process, each turn of the spiral brings us to a higher level of coherence. There is no limit to the well-being we can achieve.

Responsibility and Personal Coherence

Barry, a participant from Cape Town, South Africa, noted the profundity of the discussion, highlighting that the journey begins with the relationship one has with oneself. "Once I start to understand and take responsibility for that," he noted, "I can then move to the relationship with my wife, my family, and the people I work with. It has to start with me."

Reflecting on his recent retirement after 30 years in a corporate environment, Barry expressed his excitement for this new chapter of contribution to life, noting that his coMra device serves as a helpful tool in his journey toward taking better responsibility for his own body.

Defining Intent: Love in Action

A question was raised regarding the nature of "intent" and how it relates to actions that may not appear life-supportive on the surface, or even actions driven by "mal-intent."

Arzhan Surazakov clarified that the distinction is simple: one must ask whether an action is life-supportive or life-destructive. While justifications and explanations can often mask the true nature of an intent, the heart always knows the truth. Sometimes, supporting life – and supporting another person’s self-sufficiency – may involve difficult conversations or actions that are not immediately pleasant.

Elizabeth Schnugh added that in the context of these principles, "intent" is synonymous with "love in action." The more we align our intent with the forward-moving, creative nature of life itself, the more coherent and healthy we become. It is about unconditional love in action, which serves as the primary motive for our existence.

The Role of Technology

When asked about the necessity of technology in a natural way of living, Arzhan explained that technology is, in its essence, a manifestation of human creativity.

"Science is when we understand something about the world," he explained, "and technology is the set of tools and methods we use to manifest that understanding." True technology involves observing the ways of nature, copying them, and then adding our own ingenuity to the creative process. By looking at how life functions – the flow of a river or the growth of a garden – we can develop tools that support and enhance those natural processes.

The session concluded with a reminder that these principles are meant to be lived and integrated over time. As we move forward, the focus remains on maintaining that heart-centered approach, fostering coherence, and continuing the journey of self-discovery.
