Case Study: Treatment of Post-Fall Injuries with coMra Therapy

Patient Profile

  • Age: 54 years old
  • Gender: Female

Presenting Symptoms

  • Pain in right arm, shoulder, neck, and chest
  • Limited mobility in right hand (unable to raise fully)
  • Regular headaches post-fall

Medical History

  • Fall on stairs 5-6 weeks prior to treatment
  • Main impact on right arm and head
  • Emergency room diagnosis: Bruising of chest and soft tissues

Objective Examination Findings

  • Soreness and muscle lumps in:
  • Right part of chest
  • Along ribs and spine
  • Right shoulder and collarbone

Diagnosis

  1. Consequences of bruising of chest and soft tissues of head and right arm
