For many, the decision to take control of one’s health is a turning point. For John, a 72-year-old who has spent years exploring alternative wellness, the discovery of coMra therapy provided the missing piece in his holistic approach to life. In this conversation with Garrett Murrin, John shares his journey of managing chronic health concerns and his remarkable recovery from recent dental surgery.
John’s introduction to coMra therapy began around 2016 after attending a course hosted by the Institute for the Study of Man (ISM) in Matti, Greece. Having long been skeptical of the narrow focus often found in allopathic medicine, John was drawn to the idea of self-empowerment.
"I’ve always been skeptical about allopathic medicine and the narrow-minded stance that so much of the allopathic community demonstrates," John explains. "For me, coMra therapy opened up so many more exciting possibilities. It made it possible to take my health into my own hands rather than depending on a specialist who wasn't willing to consider other options."
One of the primary health challenges John faced was benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). He found the mainstream medical response to this condition – which often leans toward invasive surgical procedures – to be limited and unappealing.
"Any kind of operation and going under the knife was going to be irrevocable," John notes. "I’ve never encountered any of my peers who have gone for those procedures and weren't sorry they did it."
By integrating the coMra Delta 905 laser into a lifestyle that already included herbal supplements and careful attention to diet, John began to see significant improvements. He describes his progress as a series of successes that built momentum. "With each little bit of success, my hope and belief increased. The more success I get, the more I have to believe that this is the direction to go in."
During his discussion with Garrett Murrin, John reflected on the "70% rule" – the idea that many people require significant improvement before they consciously acknowledge the efficacy of a treatment. John realized that his own life had changed drastically.
"There were times when I was having a really bad patch that I’ve gotten up as many as 10 times a night," John shares. "As things have improved, my sleep quality has improved. My nighttime interruptions have definitely decreased." While he notes that he still experiences occasional relapses, he is now frequently enjoying nights where he only wakes up once, a change that has profoundly impacted his daily energy and performance.
John’s faith in coMra therapy was further solidified by a recent, unexpected dental emergency. After a freak accident involving a piece of furniture, John required invasive surgery to remove four roots and receive dental implants.
Following the procedure, his mouth was significantly swollen. He immediately began using his coMra Delta 905 laser at home. The results were so rapid that his dentist was left stunned.
"He was completely beside himself at how fast I had healed," John recalls. "On my first visit back, he checked his calendar and couldn't believe it had only been 15 days. He was shaking his head saying, 'Boy, that’s really fantastic.'"
During a follow-up visit, the dentist even questioned John’s age, noting that the quality of his tissue was far superior to what he would expect for a 72-year-old. More recently, after a minor follow-up procedure to cut the gums, John used the Delta 905 to manage the post-operative pain. "I gave myself a treatment and woke up the next morning – it was absolutely pain-free, like it had never happened."
For John, coMra therapy is more than just a device; it is a vital component of a larger, holistic understanding of health. He emphasizes that as he continues his journey, he is increasingly addressing the mental and emotional patterns that contribute to physical dis-ease.
"I feel like I’m understanding and actually feeling it right in my bones what the power of holistic healing really is," John concludes. "My understanding and conception of holism has gone right through the roof, and I’m really grateful for that."
