coMra Therapy Case Report: Fractured Toes from Car Accident

Patient Profile

  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 40 years old
  • Condition: Fractured right foot from car accident

Initial Diagnosis

  • Fracture of the third, fourth, and fifth metatarsal bones
  • Contusion of toes with damage to toenails
  • Confirmed by X-ray one day after accident

Conventional Treatment Plan

  • Removable cast for 8 weeks
  • Crutches
  • Pain medication as needed

coMra Treatment Protocol

  • Device: 980 nanometer Delta
  • Treatment: Modified Traumatology 15
  • Frequency: Daily for 30 days
  • Start: One day after the accident

Treatment Progress

Week 1 (Day 6)

  • First removal of cast
  • Visible swelling and bruising on foot and toes

Week 2 (Day 10)

  • Doctor unable to locate fracture visually
  • X-ray showed bones healing quickly and correctly
  • Patient walking with crutches
  • Stopped pain medication

Week 3 (Day 16)
