This podcast is the first episode of the coMra podcast series by Radiant Life Technologies. The host, Michail Tsvetanov, interviews Dr. Arzhan Surazakov, the Director of Research and Development at Radiant Life Technologies. Dr. Surazakov discusses his journey from studying geography and global climate to researching coMra therapy, a healing technology. He shares his views on life-supportive science and technology, the importance of feeling in scientific discovery, and how coMra therapy works on a cellular level to improve health.
Michail: Can you elaborate on your life-supporting vision for science and technology?
Arzhan: To keep it simple, it’s science and technology that enhances the quality of all life. We have to look at the results of applying technology. Is the quality of soil, food, water improving? In medicine, despite increased lifespan, the burden of disease is actually increasing in developed countries since the early 90s.
Michail: How is this different from what we call sustainability today?
Arzhan: The initial idea of sustainability was correct - every unit of life should be self-sustaining. But it’s gotten corrupted. True self-sufficiency means being able to feed yourself, educate yourself, take care of your own health. It starts with the individual and expands to the family, neighborhood, and larger community.
Michail: Can you tell us about your background and how you became interested in science?
Arzhan: It started when I was climbing in the Altai mountains with my father. I spent a lot of time in nature, which fascinated me. I studied geography and global climate at Tomsk State University and then did a PhD at the University of Idaho. I studied interrelated systems in mountain ecosystems, which led me to question how my science was helping people in everyday life.
Michail: You’ve mentioned “true science”. Can you elaborate on what that means?
Arzhan: True science comes from inspiration and feeling. It’s about uncovering something totally unheard of before, not just applying the same methods to slightly different areas. Great scientists tap into an internal space of creativity, following their gut feeling to create something new.
Michail: How did you get to know coMra therapy?
Arzhan: I came across it through a group exploring different ways of relating to each other and the world. When coMra therapy was invented, I saw it as a practical introduction to relating differently to life - not by trying to control it, but by acknowledging the intelligence in our cells and bodies and supporting it.
Michail: For those more into logic, what are the processes that coMra influences?
Arzhan: coMra therapy influences three main processes:
Michail: How do you personally use coMra in your daily life?
Arzhan: I use it preemptively when I feel I’m taxing my resources. For example, after a busy conference week, I might use the Universal 5 protocol to support my body before I develop any symptoms.
Michail: If you had superpowers, what would you change in the world?
Arzhan: I would be a director of R&D at RLT, with the superpower to create a device that could address any health problem. But honestly, I find the world so beautiful and amazing as it is, I wouldn’t change anything.
Michail: What are your plans for the future with coMra therapy?
Arzhan: We’re working on applying coMra therapy to animals. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how it helps dogs, cats, horses, and other animals. This is part of our goal to bring quality to all forms of life.
Michail: What message would you like to leave for health seekers around the world?
Arzhan: Try coMra therapy for yourself. It’s one thing to read about it or hear others’ experiences, but until you physically experience the effect on your own body, it’s all intellectual. Go out and try it, and sense the well-being growing in you.
