So what you see here is three types of responses. Again, training response, highly coherent, your body operating in a very coherent man is very resilient, strong and healthy. Activation type of response, it has to ramp up the volume, but it's still highly coherent, it's still highly resilient and then have stress. The coherence goes out of the window in your prone to disease. So what's the significance of this coherence? Through the experimentation, Garkavi was able to show that healing, the regeneration of tissue is optimal in the activation type of response. And what she said is that in any type of chronic disease, the first goal is to reduce what chaos and tension in the central nervous system. In other words, it means if somebody was diagnosed with cancer, he's panicked, he's completely in fight or flight response, he's whole of fear. So we need to calm the person down so not that he or she can give it the healing process. Only once we shifted from the high gear to the low gear, the healing can take in place. And that can be simple things too, like increasing the amount of sleep, change in the diet. Those things, it's many small steps, not doesn't have to be one big thing, all increase the coherence of the body, give it the chance to heal.
