1. *Summary: This text discusses the principles of coMra therapy, emphasizing the role of coherence and the body's intelligence in healing. It highlights how the therapy uses magnetic fields, light, color, and ultrasound to promote coherence. A personal anecdote illustrates how a decision and action can lead to immediate physical changes, reflecting the connection between emotions and the body.*
So for this module, what we did is we looked how we can apply magnetic field, light, color and ultrasound to induce -- to introduce coherency at every level of our organization in the body. I'd like to add one thing, Arzhan, in terms of -- this may seem like it's really complicated and stuff like that. But in essence, if you look at it, let's say, the first step to healing is I decide that I want to heal. Right away, I'm aligning my human intelligence with the body's intelligence, and there's a process of intelligent cooperation initiated there, and instantly that starts to increase the level of coherence. So the time factors and all the processes involved in that filtering down to coherence going from that intelligence, cooperation to the energy, to the function and the structure, that can vary greatly. But that process once initiated can be seen to completion. And I just wanted to bring that about just because we got a lot of mechanisms and all of these things, but just to bring it back to those fundamentals again from a different angle. Thank you, Arzhan. That's great. Again, it's a highly technical tons of material here, and I understand it's sort of like wow in the beginning. But these modules are for you. You can come back to them in a month's time, sometime along the way when you can see -- if you want to think about again, what does it mean to work with coMra therapy or for that matter with any other therapy that introduce more coherence into the file. And this is what happens. I'll share a practical example, a personal example, and then you can translate it into your techie talk if you want to. I -- about a week ago, I went -- when it was in the middle of this course, so it was -- there was no coincidence about it. I went for a Swedish massage, and I was going for one on 2 days, so one each day. And it's with somebody that I know, I've been to before, but probably about six, eight months ago. And I got at the table and she said to me, what on earth have you done to your back? I said, nothing, why? She said, well, your hips completely out and the one part of your back is raised. And I'd already warned her there was going to be quite a lot of stress in the upper back. And she started to work on me. And then the next day, I came back again and she was busy on my massage in my head. And she said, "How long have you been with us now?" And I said, "Well, less than 24 hours." And she said, "Well, what on earth have you done since between yesterday and today?" I said, "Why?" She said, "Well, yesterday, your head was completely tight. It's now completely loose. Your back has started to come back into alignment. There's less stress pressure in your upper back or whatever." She said, "But what have you done?" the change is huge. I said, well, I made a decision and I acted on it three hours before I came here. I just found it really fascinating how you talk about emotions affecting and your life conditions actually affecting the body. But it was -- yes, it was really fascinating for me in the midst of what we're working with here, how my body actually was carrying the tensions that I was holding, knowing that I was was coming up for a big decision and the timing just wasn't actually happening. My gap wasn't coming. And then it came in the morning and I just took the gap, made the decision and followed through the action and my point is, I got immediate feedback. It was funny. So I don't know how you want to translate that into your techie talk if that helps at all. Well, technically, that's wonderful. I don't need to know what goes on underneath the hood of the car.
