1. *Summary: The text discusses the connection between human intelligence and the body's innate intelligence through emotions. It explains how emotions trigger physiological changes via the neuroendocrine system, impacting health. An experiment mapping bodily sensations in response to different emotions is described, highlighting how emotions like happiness and fear affect the body's state.*
So what connects the two together are emotions. So it happens this way. I would think about it something, some thoughts. Or maybe I would feel something if I look at the sunset and I was experiencing a feeling. In both cases, as a result of the thought or a feeling, I would experience an emotion. Anger, fear, joy, melancholy, so there are different emotions. And these emotions are expressed in the body for the changes of the neuroendocrine system. And obviously, we know that the neuroendocrine system ultimately governs the physiology of the body. So the two linked through this way. In other words, the body is tuned in not into what we're thinking about or what we're seeing because the body cannot understand if you come to work and you have a fight with a colleague at work, for example, example. Because the body cannot understand what's all about, but it will register the emotion generated as a result of having a conflict or maybe uplifting experience. So it is the emotion that connects the human intelligence and intelligence of the body, speed motions. And we know very well that emotions has enormous impact on the health of our body. In fact, most of the diseases and all of the chronic conditions, most of the chronic conditions as a root cause of them, there is some kind of unresolved emotion. So what they did here in this interesting experiment, they tried to -- they asked -- I think it's about 500 people and they ask them to map where do they feel there is some sort of elevation of sensation, the yellow color or depression of a sensation in their body in response to different types of emotion. So what you see anger, fear, happiness, sadness have very different types of sensations in the body. And this is happening because happiness is just illuminating the whole body. We feel uplifted and the body relaxes. You remember the talk by Bruce Lipton? Now the cells can switch into the regenerative mode to restore themselves. But if you are stressed out, if you are full of fear, then the body shuts down. It goes into the protection mode.
