1. Summary: The text discusses the concept of coherence in the body's systems and its relation to healing, explaining how stress responses can be incoherent and inefficient, while activation responses are coherent and promote healing. It also touches on the idea of the body getting stuck in patterns and needing energy to break free and adapt dynamically, emphasizing the importance of coherence in the healing process. The conversation is between Arzhan Surazakov and Garrett Murrin.
And last week, we talked about stress response. So if you would to map stress response, that's what you will see. There are some systems that are highly active, you know, this spikes here, this spikes here, very active. But other systems are suppressed. You see here, activity are suppressed and so on. So this is a very incoherent form of poly operation. Again, if you think about this way, it's highly inefficient way to operate. The same applies for the chronic stress response. It's again, highly inefficient way of operating, meaning given the same amount of resources, we still will be tired, our immune system will be very functioning, very low and so on, because it's functioning at a very low coherence at a systemic level. And if we talk about training response, it is very coherent. All the systems in the body are operating at approximately, you know, the norm range around this dotted line. And when you think about activation response, this is when the body goes a little bit higher gear, but still it's fairly consistent, it's fairly coherent. So when we talked about health and especially healing, what the researchers are showing is that the most optimum healing process happens in the body when the person is in activation type of response. If you manage to place the person with cancer in activation type of response, he will be free from cancer several weeks or months later. This is experimental. It has been shown many times over. The same applies for pretty much any type of chronic disease or infectious disease. Activation type of response is when your body operates in a very high And of course, to that change is going to happen, you'll see that structurally that change last. So it goes that intelligence, energy, function and structure. And just to add one other piece to this, Arzhan, you could look at it as well as if the body gets stuck in a pattern, it's hard for the metabolism to change. So get stuck in what we might call an entrainment frequency or it's stuck in like the needle stuck in a groove on the record and it can't change. So being in that place, the body needs to constantly adapt and change its metabolism and adjust because it's a dynamic process. So when it gets stuck into a static process, part of that healing process is to get it back so it can start to change and adapt in a dynamic way, and that there is going to require a lot of energy to start -- like if you're stuck in a hole, it takes energy to get back up out of the hole. If that needle is going around on the record, stuck in one groove, it takes energy, some sort of input to get that back out of there. And that relates to this coherence. Thank you, Arzhan. I just want to bring that
