1. *Summary: This text introduces the five fundamental principles of life as they relate to coMra therapy, emphasizing a holistic and interconnected view of the body. It contrasts a mechanistic approach with a principle-based approach, using the example of painting to illustrate the difference. The speakers aim to deepen understanding of coMra therapy by exploring these principles and their manifestation in various contexts.*
So there are five fundamental principles of life. First one is life is a regenerative process. Second, life is one interconnected whole. Third principle, life is a gentle natural process of evolution. Fourth principle, life is self-sufficient and self sustaining unto itself. And as this principle, intent is the one and only pervasive force sustaining all of life. So this principles actually on the some intuitive level, they're all familiar to us. This is not necessarily something very foreign. And a lot of scientists now are actually recognizing principles. And if we talk about biological scientists, one of the first sciences or science of ecology that actually started consciously applying this principle into analysis of natural ecosystems. Then there was a systems theory and then finally when the quantum physics and made its way into biology, suddenly we stopped seeing the body, the organism how we function as a clockwork. We start to see body as this web of life, which is operating in a whole different level. So in this course, today, what we'll be doing, we'll look at these principles and how that is reflected at different levels, at the level of, let's say, an ecosystem, at the level of a single organism and at the level of our body. So we hope that by connecting these thoughts and seeing these principles in different examples, you will start to get more of the feeling, more of this context for coMra therapy rather than just an explanation of how it works. Let me give you another example. The difference between, let's say, approach mechanistic and approach from principle point of view. I like this example because when I look at my father, when he paints. So how would the scientist, let's say, a chemist would describe the process of painting? He will say, well, it's very simple. We see these colors because each color has a certain chemical content. So this color would be green, this color would be white, and this color is black. Okay. So this is -- he can describe the whole painting from the chemical point of view. And he will be correct. In a sense, yes, it's true. He described how this painting was created by applying this color to this spot, this color to this spot. So this is a mechanistic understanding, but it does nothing in terms of explaining the actual artwork, the work and the soul that the artist is putting into the painting. So I hope you will get more and more as we talk about this. And just to touch on a point, Garrett, we're not saying these are the only principles of life. These are the five we're choosing to speak about here. And yes, it will fill itself in as a goal. Thank you. Okay. And these five principles, they did not come from some science textbook. principles as expressed by the founder of coMra, founder of our company. So we're trying to see how these principles now manifest. So, and we'll offer for you this point of view to consider and see for yourself if it will make sense. If you will send some internal recognition and you will see that you actually can use these principles in your daily life, it will deepen your understanding of coMra therapy, then we will consider now the score successful. Okay. So this is the last slide is for the -- what are the principles. Okay. So again, this could be very new to you, this way of thinking. So let's jump straight into the next module. And again, it will be sinking, it will sink
