6.1.3.4. Adaptation - Training Response

1. *Summary: The text describes the training response of the body to mild disturbances, such as cold, exercise, or emotional stress. During this response, various bodily systems engage synchronously, with their activity levels remaining close to the norm. Over time, consistent mild disturbances lead to the body gradually building up resources and increasing its overall adaptability.*

Okay. So what you see here is you first of all identify so-called training response. This is when the disturbance is mild. And by disturbance, it could be cold temperature, it could be physical exercise, it could be some sort of emotional disturbance, pretty much any type of disturbance that will engage your body. So what happens with this type of response is that with the mild disturbance, there is what you will see on the left is the engagement of all these different systems. So for example, the nervous systems, excitement will be within the norm. Well, pretty much all of the systems will be close to this. So what you see here is that this is the average or close to norm. This dotted line. So all of the systems are working in harmony or synchronously. And if the -- this type of disturbance is consistent over time, what you will see is that over the time gradually, the body start to build up resources. And the words gradually, bit by bit, step by step, it will increase overall strength or, we can say, adaptability of the Okay.
