1. *Summary: The text describes a method of analyzing the body's response to disturbances over time, plotting activity levels against time. It also introduces a polar graph that visualizes systemic responses, with different directions corresponding to specific responses like central nervous system excitation and inhibition, and immune system activity. The explanation touches on the phytoflight response and the role of adrenal glands.*
Okay. So what we will do is we will look at the evolution through time of activity of the body. So we'll plot horizontally time and we'll plot vertically activity. This is -- there will be some synthetic indicator of how your whole body is engaged in the response to some level of disturbance. And we'll also look at the so-called the polar graph. What you will see here is star-like shape. All of these angles, all of these directions will correspond to a specific systemic response. So what you will see here, for example, sort of 1:00 till 7:00, this is excitement and inhibition of central nervous system. So if you -- on top, you will see excitement. On the bottom, you will see then you will see thymus mass and adrenal glands mass. So these two polarities will show the excitation of immune system in the thymus versus more emphasis on the adrenal glands. This is in the phytoflight response because the adrenal glands release hormones that are specific to this phytoflight response. And so on. So these, I don't want to go into much of biochemistry, but to give you some idea of what we
