Summary: This text presents two case studies of individuals using coMra therapy for migraines, highlighting the importance of tracking progress and considering emotional and lifestyle factors in healing. The first case shows a rapid resolution of pain, while the second demonstrates how overexertion and a negative mindset can reverse positive results. The text emphasizes the need for objective outcome measures to support individuals through the healing process, especially in cases of chronic illness.
Okay. Back to this headache case. One screen what you saw will be the history. So what happened to the person before start of coMra or before in the past of using Delta. The next screen will be about tracking the progress. So I didn't put the whole outline. This is just to show you one element, which is daily records and she kept diary that woman of your daily levels of headache. And what you see here is the pain from zero to 10, so 10 being the maximum unbearable pain, zero, no pain. This is about three and a half months. So in this case, what happened, she had fairly fast resolution. In about three weeks after starting Universal One, her pain has declined gradually. And then what also happened was important is that something happened for her personally on emotional level. She had a quite big financial debt. And what happened is that the government forgave her the debt she owed to the government. So there was also support coming from the outside, some sort of forgiveness happened for her. Maybe she worked with a psychologist, I don't know what's the full details, but around third week, we just where that happened. So together with you can see by the end of the first month of treatment, she was pretty much pain free. And this is after 20 years of this chronic non-stop pain. And for the next one, two, three months, she was pretty much pain free with only one day with a mild headache. Okay. So this is one case. Another case, what you see at the bottom half of the screen is case two, also migraine. In this case, the lady was also doing Universal One with 980, same treatment. Her condition was a bit different because she had fibromyalgia, myositis, if not mistaken, quite a few other things, but her migraine was the main thing for her. So what happened is that by the end of the third week, her pain just stopped and she felt fantastic. She had a one week no pain. And she felt great and she wrote to us email saying it. And now she forgot what is it to live without pain. How it actually felt like. But what happened is that this woman when she start to live without pain for her personally, her challenge was around her family issues and feeling bad about herself. And it was also very strongly related regarding work or the health value was regarding work. So what happened is that now she was staying free, she started to work late because her boss at work said, you know, he's not doing good job at the office. And she also started to go back in office on weekends to compensate for the time when she wasn't working well because she had migraine. And as she put on herself more and more work trying to overcompensate, you know, for that mindset. The pain started to come back. She came back on medication. And what you can see is that by the end of the second month, she was pretty much back where she started. And then month three, I believe she stopped treating all together herself with Delta because she said that it was not helping me and I'm going to leave with this condition for the rest of my life. So chronic migraine, same treatment, completely different outcomes. And this is why we'll talk about this in the next two modules. But this is why I'm bringing to your attention, this is important also to track the progress, the healing progress with the person. And in this case, we're having a daily record of pain. You can have, for example, blood sugar, you can have a blood pressure, all kinds of outcomes you can plot here or even simple things like anxiety or tiredness. If you're working with people once they start getting results with it's important to try and do your best. I mean, people are still going to do what they're going to do, but to realize still give the body space to heal because a lot of times what a prevailing mindset in North America is, okay, now I can get on with my life again. So this lady here, the bottom graph, who she just took on, great. The pain's gone. I can do even more work now, which seems like a really positive thing, but it can be a big setback. And we get this with sometimes too. Whereas as they're just wanting to get that, let's say, tenant heels so they can get back on the track right away, which is good. But at the same time, needs to be a balance there. Okay. Thank you, guys. Okay. This is actually all I want to say about the healing progress or the importance of taking into consideration the past, seeing the current state of being and tracking the progress. And also using this tool, you can also share cases between each other or with the whole of coMra community. With healing progress, a lot of times, the person going through the healing process won't notice the results until I think there's a lot of studies actually say somewhere around a 60% to 80% mark. Unless there's like a very marked difference, they won't think there's any healing progress at all where it's family members and friends and you see huge difference, but they don't see it. So if you can have an objective outcome marker for people when they're dealing and I'm here, I'm talking more about like severe chronic illness where it takes time to start to undo this cycle that's been operating for a while. To support people going through that, if they can have some sort of objective outcome measure focus, this will often help them immensely because then once they start to see the results, then they can start to add their own intent into the process even more.
