Arzhan Surazakov: or rather I would say, this is some sort of imbalance that we develop in life. And we would call forth some sort of experience to correct that imbalance. But if we resist the learning, that's when we manifest an illness. And that illness most often will be completely uncalled forth. So in a sense that this illness will be man-made. So let me give an example. Let's say I needed or through my life, I developed a need for me to learn about pain of loss. So there's something happened in my life and I experienced pain of loss. So I can acknowledge it. This pain of loss, I experienced some strong emotional disturbance, some strong emotional impact that happened when that person left from my life, for example. So I acknowledge that experience and I learned from it and I extracted what I needed to learn about it and I move on. And that's okay and that's when that experience will stop. But what if I'll start resisting this? I will say that, no, this is wrong. This is just I'm not going to be at with this or I would say, no, I'm a victim in this situation. So I'll be kicking and resisting that experience. So instead of learning and extracting from this powerful emotional disturbance that I'm trying to see and what's behind it. So what in my perception has caused that these is, I will start to resist the process. And inevitably, what happens is that the stress start to build up in me. I'm from inside.
