2.2.1. Radiant Life Technologies - Who we are

Now we'll go to the actual modules that we would like to share with you. This module is on the vision. So I would like to start this course with sharing about us and our vision at private life technologies. We came together while we introduced Well, there's a bit of a journey here that actually that happened because Yeah, it's something I never knew even existed in in life before I came across this group. That was huge. That was really big piece for me. Uh very uplifting and inspiring. We're all about rebuilding and life support of technologies. Including uh all kinds of which changes real science into the approach. Um in a word, I would say unique. A company with which started with a vision and a commitment to upholding that vision. And I see Life Technologies as a pioneer company, as a pioneer group of people. We view ourselves more like a family than company executives. Running Life Technologies means to me personally a place where I can feel myself. So it became a journey towards health. is in every sense a unique company. For me it's mostly because of its origins and how we came together. We came together because it was a passion for each one of us to be here. So I would say it is about giving a lot of space and freedom of for personal development. about about the learning and but in that learning there's always the support of of the family around me. This relationship based company. Because it's 16 of us all over the world. We all share the same vision. We all work for the same cause which is life supportive cause empowering people to help themselves. When we start working together meeting at ISM courses and retreats and we start talking about more of science and I realized actually in truth the essence of science is not any different from the essence of let's say true religion or essence of true healing. They all at the center have the same primary concepts. Practical responsibilities within RLT company is logistic import and shipments uh, tune within EU and, uh, other responsibilities and also Joy is sharing within my everyday life what I've learned and what we live, I I believe we live the values within RLT company. I came in more in a supportive role to start off with when we first launched the company in from 2008, 10 years ago. What I like most about working with RLT is that I don't feel at all any push from anyone in terms of my responsibilities. It is really I choose what my responsibilities are. So everybody who is involved with and works with rated life technologies is on the same page if I can put it that way. We are like like money and like-hearted people spread over the four continents. People from all around the world and from different professionals. The feeling of it is like the good days of open source community. I mean a group of enthusiastic people doing very good job for very good cause. It's exciting because it's it's unlike anything that I've ever experienced before in the business world. Basically, uh, you're living in Europe, I'm living in Europe, uh, some of us are living in South America, other in North America, the other some in Asia, some people in Africa, South Africa and we we find a way to communicate and to use modern technology Firstly, I I love technology. Uh I love IT and programming or software development. So it provides um a way for me to express that. I've I've learnt a lot that I wouldn't have learnt. My dream, let's say, because uh with IT, I'm uh feeling myself creative. It's provided me the opportunity to grow in the most unimaginable ways. I like the spirit and the energy of it and We all work collectively. And we have one goal which is to promote something life supportive. It offers me a wonderful opportunity to learn more about myself because I get to be in in in general speaking my own boss. And also I get to learn about a an area of health that is yet to be explored, mapped out, discovered. This is very very much and very very connected to a real everyday life. I don't see any where else I could possibly do that or where other people could do that in a work environment because the work environment is not just the work environment It's also all about the relationships. Everything is interrelated, interconnected, and interdependent. Um I think the buzz words these days are self-development. So that is very, very strong. In fact, it's foremost. We work on our relationships first and then once we've got all those centered and going well, then we focus on the business. It was actually me learning about myself. I can explore something that I'm really interested in. I feel myself fulfilled. We know each other for many years. So this is uh like friends working together. Our expression and our products is exactly like this. So we we interested to make technologies that express this interrelationship of of life basically. Personally, read in life technologies means that we are a group of people who share an aim of bringing holistic self-sufficiency. Self-sufficiency two people. Uh I always wanted to be part of something what's gonna bring some change. I enjoy doing all the work, all types of work. Even though it is not familiar or it could be considered other at other places would be considered technical or boring. When I do it with RT, I mean I enjoy it. I like most the people, the camaraderie that exists between us, the connection, the support that we all give each other. Yeah, I mean it's very special to me. It's working with a family of people with a shared vision and a shared purpose. Well, the whole the whole experience for me of working with this group of people is for me a path with a heart. Whatever whatever is necessary, I'm happy to do whatever is necessary to to go. I feel like I'm walking on a path with a heart. So it's yeah, it's amazing. It just blows my mind away. So this is the materialization of my my dream. It's um helping people to help themselves. Like thing we chose we choose to do in life. Go hiking, go skiing, go on a vacation, travel to Singapore, you know, go to relatives. It's one and the same question for me. What is the vision for your life? What you truly love to do? And once you follow it, you turn it into your work. So I'd say anyone wanting to join, well, firstly you got to want to. There's there's some sort of resonance. But I'd also say don't expect the reason you joined to be the reason why you also remain there. It's the place to unfold a potential that's not possible in I don't see any other area, at least for me personally. Working for RLD offers a man and sense of fulfillment. And if uh you resonate what in RLD we stand for, what we actually trying to pull heal and you feel that this is also your path with the heart for you, then by all means and go for it. I find that the way people operate these days is they go and find the career, they find the job, they find uh a position in a company or whatever it may be and then they get to a point where they don't quite know why they're still there. So I would say that anybody who feels that that our values resonate with them, then there's an opportunity to explore further. The important thing is that uh they need to resonate with our approach. If you want to try something new, then you should join us. It's exciting. I really enjoy it. It feels as though every day is a new day and an adventure. Today more than ever, I can feel the potential RLD has to reach even larger masses and to spread its purpose to even broader audiences. The cause of RLD is pro-life. So we support life And I do not see anything better, any better path than actually supporting life and working into that direction of helping people help themselves. For me, at the end of the day, Ryan Life Technologies is a big hope to grow as a person with a group of people who wants to make a connection and who wants to be a a group that is changing something for for the good of life. Where I grew up, uh let's say there wasn't a lot of money. And a big dream everyone had was to win the lotto and all the things you would do. And I realized a couple of years ago, if I want the lotto, I wouldn't do anything different than what I'm doing right now. Well, radiant life technologies if you're just looking at the name, um, radiant life, so it's if you want to bring uh, radiance to people's lives, um, and technologies that can support that. And I mean, I don't know very many companies that are doing that. Providing something of value that makes me happy. Let's see if working with radiant life technologies is actually match. What's in it for you, then will be very clear. You're doing it for yourself and not for others. So for me, the individuality is really put on first place and that's what I why I would recommend to anyone to try to work to work or to try to work for a similar business which promotes the same values as RLT does.
